I’ve been reading from reddit for a while now, and once in a while an interesting post will pop up similar to this one: http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/9mgre/dear_reddit_would_you_say_you_are_happy_with_your/ . I surely didn’t read every comment, but one message "you don’t win races when you’re happy" reminded me one thing I wanted to tell myself these days. It’s also very similar to a message I got recently from a coworker. The saying I wanted to remind myself was "stay alive during crisis but die during peaceful times" or – 生於憂患死於安樂
