Road trip has always been good, especially when I’m by myself. Alone road trip has always helped me stopping thinking about what I’m supposed/have been doing, and learn something by concentrating on audio books.
- What could be great about this problem?
- What’s not perfect yet?
- What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
- What am I willing to no longer do to make it the way I want it?
- How can I do what’s necessarily to get this job done and enjoy the process?
On top of it, things to do when solving problems:
- find other people who have solved the problem and learn from them
- take it as a challenge and understand you will grow after solving it
- trust yourself that you can do it
- focus on the solution, not the problem after understanding enough to know how to solve it – at most 20% of the time
